肺结核病人治疗过程血清生化值跟踪检测分析

摘　　要：目的目的探讨肺结核治疗前后的血清生化值的变化,为肺结核病治疗提供依据。方法用意大利L i-asys全自动生化分析仪对初诊、治疗3个月、治疗6个月的结核病人的涂痰片进行血清生化值分析。结果结核病人初诊时,GLU升高占9.1%,ALB值比正常对照低,GLO值比正常对照高。治疗3个月、6个月时检测,IB IL、TB IL、ALT、ALP、AST、γ-GT值升高与初诊病人比较差异显著。结论合理调节饮食、控制血糖水平、根据生化值的变化调整控制治疗药物非常关键。Objective Study the changes of blood serum biochemical index before and after the therapy for pulmonary tuberculosis （TB） patients. Methods Analyze the blood serum biochemical index during pre - diagnosis, 3 months and 6 months treatment for TB patients with Italy Lisasys full - automatic bio - chemical analytic instnm^ent. Results During the pre - diagnosis to 46 TB patients, 9. 1% of them GLU index increased, ALB index was lower than the normal, GLO index was higher than the normal. The IB,TB, ALT, ALP, AST and V - GT indexes after 3 and 6 months treatment were significantly different from the results during the pre - diagnosis. Conclusions It is critical to keep an appropriate diet, control blood sugar level and adjust the medicine according to the changes of bio - chemical indexes.
