摘 要:阐述TiO2光致抗菌的机理、特点、抗菌谱及影响TiO2抗菌的主要因素,介绍纳米TiO2复合材料抗菌性能的测试和评价方法,并对其应用前景作简要评述。结合TiO2光致抗菌特点和目前的研究现状,研究方向将向扩展TiO2光催化抗菌材料光激发波长范围;建立光催化抗菌材料抗菌性能的测试方法与评价标准;光催化抗菌中间过程及产物的表征;制备具有选择性杀菌、协同抗菌作用或多种生态效应的复合抗菌材料方面发展。In this paper,the mechanism for photo-induced antibacterial effect on titanium dioxide and its characteristic, antimicrobial spectrum were expatiated. The main related factors that affect its antibacterial effect were summarized. The methods of testing and evaluating the antibacterial capability of nanometer TiO2 composite materials were introduced. And the prospects of application were briefly reviewed. Link with TiO2 photo-induced antibacterial characteristic and its current researches,the study will develop in following aspects as follows: (a)expand the light-excited wavelength range of TiO2 photo-induced antibacterial materials ; (b) establishing the methods of testing and the criterion that evaluating the antibacterial capability ; ( c ) characterizing the process and production of photo-induced sterilization and ; (d) preparing the materials that have selective sterilization effect, cooperative bactericidal effect or multi-ecological effect.
