摘 要:研究了室温下,掺0.3%(摩尔分数)Er3+的20GaF3-15InF3-20CdF2-15ZnF2-20PbF2-10SnF2(0.3Er-GICZPS)玻璃的光谱性质.在761 nm泵浦下获得了408,523和545 nm的上转换荧光,发现其中408 nm的紫色发光与545 nm的绿色发光几乎一样强;523 nm的发射荧光来自于4S3/2和2H11/2之间的无辐射弛豫;408 nm和545 nm的上转换发光机理是双光子过程.同时,应用Judd-Ofelt理论计算了玻璃中的强度参量tΩ(t=2,4,6)以及玻璃中Er3+的自发辐射几率、荧光分支比和荧光寿命等光谱参量,并计算了以上3种上转换荧光的受激发射截面.Spectrum properties of 20GaF3-15InF3-20CdF2-15 ZnF2-19.7PbF2-10SnF2-0.3ErF3 glass were studied under room temperature. Under 761 nm pumping, 408, 523 and 545 nm upconversion fluorescence were obtained. And the violet emission intensity of 408 nm is as strong as 545 nm. The possible mechanism of the upconversion of 408 nm and 545 nm could be two-photon process. The cross-relaxation plays a significant role for 523 nm upconversion fluorescence. Spontaneous emission probability, oscillator intensities , branching ratio and lifetime of different energy levels of Er^3+ were calculated using Judd-Ofelt theory and emission cross section was calculated, too.
