摘  要:就大掺量粉煤灰-水泥混合料及其配制建筑砂浆的物理、力学性能,以及大掺量粉煤灰-水泥混合料砌筑砂浆砌体与普通水泥砌筑砂浆砌体轴心抗压试验中的裂纹发展特点、变形规律等进行了研究.结果表明:用大掺量粉煤灰-水泥混合料可拌制出凝结时间、密度、稠度、分层度等物理性能符合砌筑要求的M5~M15砂浆,其和易性好,不易泌水、离析,适宜施工;其砌体轴心抗压受力全过程与普通水泥砌筑砂浆砌体基本相同,都存在弹性工作阶段、裂缝发展阶段和破坏阶段,且破坏形态相同,基本达到水泥砌筑砂浆砌体的强度指标,具有足够的承载能力;大掺量粉煤灰-水泥混合料完全可以取代水泥来配制砂浆,并可获得显著的经济效益和环境效益.The physical and mechanical properties of cementitious materials(CM) incorporating large volume of fly ash were studied, and the feature of crack growing and transfiguration law by the axis compressing test of the masonry made of cement mortar were compared. The results show that the physical properties of the masonry mortar, such as setting time, density, consistency and separation comply with the requirement for mortar M5-M15. With good workability, the cementitious materials would not bleed and segregate, which is suitable for construction. The entire process of axis compression is basically the same as cement mortar, for example, they all have the elastic work stage, the crack growing stage and the destruction stage, and the destruction shape is the same and they have almost same strength as cement mortar strength and enough bearing capacity. Therefore, the cementitious materials can replace cement to prepare mortar, thus remarkable economic benefit and social environment benefit can be obtained.
