大戟对小鼠的毒性研究

摘　　要：采用饲料混毒法测定大戟对小鼠的毒性。结果表明,饵料中大戟根茎样品含量为20%、15%时,对试鼠的毒杀率分别为60%和30%,死亡试鼠取食样品的最小量为1.71 g,相当于75.63 g/kg体重,平均155.60 g/kg体重,最大为309.58 g/kg体重;大戟茎叶对试鼠无毒杀作用。采用灌胃法测得大戟根茎对试鼠的致死中量(LD50)为19.56 g/kg,与饲料混毒法测定的死亡试鼠的最小取食量75.63 g/kg差别较大。以家鸡进行二次中毒试验,试验过程中无死亡现象发生。Toxicity on mouse of Euphorbia pekinensis were bioassaied by sample incorporated in the diet. The results indicated that at 20% and 15% content in feed of E. pekinensis roots, the test mouse mortalities were 60% and 30% respectively ,the minimum lethal amount was 1.71g or 75. 63g/kg weight,the average was 155. 60 g/kg weight and maxmum amount was 309. 58 g/kg weight, The stem and leaf of E. pekinensis showed no poisoning effect on mice. The median lethal quite different from the minimus lethal amound. Safety experiment with the chicken showed no seconed poisoning effect.
