摘 要:气垫船的高速性特点决定了全船重量控制的重要性。在影响结构重量的主要因素中,材料的选择尤为重要,为此大、中型气垫船船体材料都采用铝合金。而传统铝合金焊接结构在实际应用中存在着焊接变形较大且难以控制,焊缝和焊接热影响区力学性能下降等不足。文章首先基于气垫船船体线型简单、平直的特点提出了铝合金整体壁板的概念,并由此引出悬架式骨架系统;其次分析了铝合金整体壁板的优点;此外,文中还在国外应用背景基础上总结了整体壁板应用注意事项;最后提出了应用及优化上亟待解决的问题,为后续研究及推广应用提供参考。The high-speed feature of ACV determines the importance of light weight control. Among the major factors that affect the structure weight, it is vital to select proper material. Thus, all large and medium sized ACV adopts aluminum alloy as the hull material. However, the traditional aluminum alloy has the shortages in practical application such as big welding deformation which is hard to control, declining of mechanical performance in welding seam and welding heat affected zone (HAZ) etc. First, the concept of aluminum alloy single-piece bulkhead is introduced based on the simple and straight hull lines of ACV, and the suspended framing concept is educed. Then the advantage of aluminum alloy single-piece bulkhead is analyzed and the notice tips of single-piece bulkhead based on foreign application has been summarized; At last, the problems urgently need to be solved in application and optimization has been put forward for reference for further research and widely application.
