摘  要:以十二烷基胺为模板剂,以廉价的无机钛盐为前驱物,采用模板法水热合成了蠕虫状多孔TiO2粉体,并研究了热处理温度对TiO2粉体的晶相、形貌、微结构和比表面积的影响.结果表明:该法制备的锐钛矿TiO2具有较高的相变稳定性,在高达1 000℃煅烧后锐钛矿相仍然为主要晶相,1 100℃煅烧后转变为金红石相,比通常TiO2的晶型转变温度提高了300℃左右.在300℃和500℃煅烧后,样品的比表面积分别为138,51 m2/g.多孔TiO2粉体具有高度晶化的锐钛矿纳米晶和高比面积共存的特性,使其在光催化以及光电化学转换方面具有潜在的应用价值.Anatase titania with wormlike porous structures was hydrothermal by synthesized via templating process by using titanium sulfate (Ti(SO4)2) as inorganic precursor and laurylamine (C12 H27N) as surfactant directing agent. The effects of calcination temperatures on the crystallinity, morphologies, microstructures and its specific surface areas of the samples were investigated in detail. The results indicate that the obtained Anatase TiO2 has high thermal stability of phase transformation, and Anatase was transformed to ruffle after calcined at 1 100℃, which is 300 ℃higher than that reported previously. The surface areas of samples calcined at 300 ℃ and 500℃ are 138 m^2/g and 51 m^2/g, respectively. The obtained sample possesses high crystallinity and high surface area, which would be promising in the photocatalysis and photoelectrical chemical conversion etc.
