摘　　要：本文介绍了等效硫化控制的原理和一个以这一原理为基础的胶鞋硫化微机集散控制系统。该系统采用两级计算机分布控制，可对５台硫化罐的硫化温度、压力等参数进行检测和调控．并能自动计算、判定硫化程度。The principle of equivalent vulcanization and a distributed control system base on this principle for vulcanising rubber shoes are introduced in this paper.Using two - level network control may checking and adjusting the parameters such as temperatures and pressures of 5 sets vulcanizers.It can also calculate the vulcanization dagree automatically.
