摘　　要：共享性和适应性差是当前eLearning应用系统中存在的主要问题,原因在于学习资源缺乏语义和系统共享机制弱。将本体和Web服务技术引入到eLearning应用中,构建了一个开放的适应性eLearning系统结构,利用本体来描述学习资源的语义,通过Web服务支持个性化学习和系统间的资源共享。该方法把建立良好个性化功能的适应性教育系统和分布的学习资源网络环境进行了有效的结合。The challenge of the current e-Learning application is the provision of resource sharing and adaptability, which is mainly caused by the weak-semantic learning resources and the weak sharing mechanism. By applying ontology and Web services technology to the e-Learning application, this paper proposes an open framework for adaptive e-Learning, where learning resources with well-defined meaning is presented by ontologies and personalization and information exchanging is supported by Web services. This approach bridges the gap between current adaptive educational systems with well-established personalization functionality, and distributed learning resources networks.
