浸润剂对玻璃纤维纱线可编织性的影响研究

摘　　要：探讨了玻璃纤维所用浸润剂组分以及各组分含量的差异,对玻璃纤维纱线各项有关其可编织性的物理机械性能的影响。通过实验研究发现,浸润剂的组分含量都有一个最佳值点,在此值之下或之上都会给玻纤纱线的可编织性带来负面影响。这为选择合理的玻璃纤维浸润剂工艺提供了依据,对玻纤经编网格的生产具有很大的实用价值。The effect of the size on the knittability of glass fibre is discussed in this paper. Some test indexes, such as rigidity and wearability, are used for estimating the knittability is presented. The relations between the size ingredients and yarns＇ performance are also analysed. The results show that there is an optimum point at which the knittability of glass fibre is best.
