摘 要:以香石竹茎段为外植体,研究了不同品种、不同激素组合对4个香石竹品种无菌芽发生的影响,并以“玛丽”品种为试验材料,研究了不同激素种类及组合对试管苗增殖和生根的影响。结果表明:香石竹茎段诱导无菌芽的培养基为:MS+6-BA 1 mg/L,诱导率为83.3%;试管苗继代增殖的培养基为:MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L,增殖系数可达7.57;试管苗生根的培养基为:1/2 MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L,生根率为93.3%。试管苗移栽到珍珠岩和蛭石等比例配成的基质中,成活率达90%以上。The stems of carnation were used as explants and the effects of plant varieties and hormone combinations on the generation of germ-free shoots were studied. The variety "Mary" was used as a material and the effects of hormones and their combinations on the propagation and rooting of the test-tube plantlets were also studied. The results showed that when the medium of inducing germ-free shoots from carnation stems was MS + 1 mg/L 6-BA, the inductivity was 83.3 % ; when the subculture medium of test-tube plantlets was MS + 0.2 mg/L 6-BA + 0.05 mg/L IBA, the coefficient of multiplication could reach 7.57; when the rooting medium of test-tube plantlets was 1/2 MS+ 0.1 mg/L IAA, the rooting rate was 93.3%. The survival rate was above 90 % when the plantlets were transplanted to the substratum consisting of equalproportion pearlite and vermiculite.
