崇明水仙试管鳞茎人工诱变技术初探

摘　　要：以崇明水仙的试管鳞茎为材料，分别用不同浓度的秋水仙碱处理及不同剂量^60Coγ射线辐射，以确定适宜的人工诱变条件。结果表明：50～100mg·L^-1秋水仙碱处理12d为宜，辐射则以30Gy为最适剂量。The in vitro bulbs of Narcissus tazetta var. chinensis were treated with different concentrations of eolchieine and different doses of ^60Co γ-ray in order to seek the appropriate artificial mutagenesis condition. The results showed that it was appropriate to treat the bulbs with 50-100 mg/L eolehieines for 12 days and that the optimum radiation dose was 30 Gy.
