摘　　要：采取统计分析和问卷调查方法,分析了上海主要食品的人均消费变化趋势和价格与收入弹性,通过消费者的消费行为研究,了解上海市民对农副产品的消费新需求,为政府、企业和科研机构提供了制定生产、消费和研发的决策依据。The trend of per capita food consumption in Shanghai and the related price and income elasticities were analyzed by statistical method and questionnaire, and Shanghai urban residents＇ new demand for agricultural and side-line products was made clear through investigating the behavior of consumers, which could serve as the grounds for decisions the government, enterprises and research institutions make in the production, consumption, and research and development.
