摘　　要：从上海率先实现农业现代化背景出发,提出目前上海农业现代化过程中所面临的农业组织化问题,并在借鉴国内外其他地区经验的基础上,对如何提高农业组织化问题提出了发展思路和组织框架。In view of taking the lead in realizing agricultural modernization in Shanghai, the problems of agricultural organizations that face Shanghai in agricultural modernization are set forth, and then some development ideas and the organizational framework to improve the agricultural organizations are put forward on the basis of drawing on the experiences of other regions at home and abroad.
