摘 要:为满足IEC62271-100:2001和GB1984-2003《高压交流断路器》的新要求,研究了高压交流断路器合成试验瞬态恢复电压(TRV)调节线路。分析国内外合成试验时所用各种TRV调节线路后设计了一种便于大功率试验站合成试验室实施的调节线路。计算了试验电压126kV等级,试验电流40、31.5、25kA的开断电流100%(T100)和60%(T60)、近区故障、失步开断共12个试验方式的TRV调节线路参数。利用ATP软件仿真了所设计的合成试验TRV调节线路的波形,并且用低压模拟的方法进行了验证,得出了实际试验运行时采用的TRV调节线路参数,满足了新标准要求。研究对象为仅由回路参数决定的TRV,即“预期TRV”。因新的IEC标准及GB中对TRV的要求变化主要为用四参数表示的标准值,故仅研究四参数TRV调节线路。对于试验方式T30、T10(126kV等级),该TRV调节线路可以很方便改接为两参数调频回路。To satisfy the new standard about transient recovery voltage (TRV) of breaking test of high-voltage alternating-current circuit-breakers according to IEC 62271-100:2001 and GB/1984-2003 (High-voltage alternating-current circuit-breakers), the project is performed. TRV adjusting circuits for synthetic test of high-voltage alternatingcurrent circuit-breakers are studied, and various kinds of present TRV adjusting circuits in synthetic test at home and abroad are analyzed in the paper. A kind of optimal adjusting circuit adapted to synthetic laboratory of high power laboratory is designed. In this paper, the parameters of TRV adjusting circuit are calculated, which contains twelve test duties, and they are 100 percent breaking current (T100), 60 percent breaking current (T60), short-line fault breaking (SLF) and out-of phase breaking (OP2). The test voltage is 126kV, and the test current are three rated values, which are 40kA.31. 5kA and 25kA. This TRV adjusting circuit is simulated by ATP program and is validated by low voltage simulation tests. The results indicate that these parameters of actual TRV adjusting circuit can satisfy the new standards. Prospective TRV is analyzed in this paper, and it is determined by the parameters of TRV adjusting circuit only. The main changes about TRV in new IEC and GB standards are four parameters values, so four parameters TRV adjusting circuits are studied in the paper. And this kind of four parameters TRV adjusting circuit can be changed to two parameters TRV adjusting circuit conveniently in test duties of 30 percent breaking current (T30) and 10 percent breaking current (T10) of 126kV rated voltage.
