摘　　要：随着军队体制编制调整和干休所离休干部人数逐年减少以及社会医疗水平不断发展,省军区干休所卫生工作出现了工作人员和保健对象比例失衡、经费不足、装备较为陈旧、部分卫生所规模过小的问题。本文结合工作实际,就某省军区干休所卫生人员、卫生装备、卫生经费的现状及其规模对卫生工作的影响进行了探讨,并提出了合理性配置方案和建议。With the adjustment of military system and the improvement of medical lever, some problems have been appeared such as the imbalance of proportion between missionary with service objects, the lack of outlay, the stale of equipment and so on. The article analyzed these problems in the cadrereset institutes of some province military area and proposed the project to allocate health resource in reason.
