摘　　要：为提高中国维和二级医院的医疗质量管理水平,防止国际医疗纠纷的发生,维护国家的声誉,维和二级医院医疗质量管理中应该注意问题:医疗服务环境及服务对象特殊;医疗技术要求精;英语水平要求高;药品器材供应受限以及相关制度及预案有待建立和完善。要求做到:严把维和队员选拔关;严把队员培训关;严把物资准备关以及严把规章制度落实关。To improve medical quality management of Chinese Peacekeeping Level 2 Hospital, avoid international medical dispute and maintain nation reputation, these factors should be taken into account such as the specific environment and service object, medical and English skills, medical supplies and consumables, rules and regulations and emergency plans. It is vital to pay attention to the choice and training of the peacekeepers, the preparation of medical supplies and consumables, the fulfilling of related rules and emergency plans.
