摘　　要：1840年的鸦片战争以后,外国资本主义入侵,中国近代经济在其影响下,引起近代市场的一系列变化,但由于中国的半封建半殖民地性质,近代国内市场有其特殊性,始终没有形成统一的国内大市场。造成这一结局的原因是多方面的,而主要是由于中央政权对近代市场的无所作为。After the Opium War the foreign capitalist invaders came to China and with its influence China＇s modern economy led to a series of change in modern market. The market at home showed its particularity with the influence of its semi - feudal and semi - colony background and never came into a big unified home market. Of course the reasons are many sided and the main one is that the central regime at the time did nothing about it.
