高效液相色谱法测定心安宁片中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：建立ＨＰＬＣ测定心安宁片中葛根素含量的方法。乙醇水浴加热回流提取，反相高效液相色谱分离测定。葛根素与其相邻峰的分离度是１．５；理论版数按葛根素峰计算是１５１０；葛根素进样线性范围是０．２６４０～２．６４０μｇ，ｒ＝０．９９９９；平均回收率１００．７％。A quantitative metbd for the determination oh the pueraria content in XinanningPian was established. The sampe was extracted with alcohol by reflux in a water bath. The reso- lution of pueraria and the adjacent peak was 1.5 as determined by RP-HPLC. The number oftheoretical plates calculated by pueraria peak was 1510.The standard curve was linear in therange of 0.264～2. 640 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery was100.7%, The method is simple and accurate and thus is satisfactory for the determianation ofthe pueraria content in Xinanning Pian.
