内异Ⅱ号治疗子宫内膜异位症实验研究  

Effect of Neiyi Ⅱ Recipe on Plasma Prostaglandins in Women with Endometriosis

摘　　要：检测子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者及正常妇女经期外周血前列腺素水平，结果提示：内异症患者ＰＧＥ＿２、ＰＧＦ＿（１α）、ＴＸＢ＿２、６－酮－ＰＧＦ＿（１α）均显著高于正常妇女，６－酮ＰＧＦ＿（１α）与ＴＸＢ＿２之比显著低于正常妇女。内异Ⅱ号治疗后，患者的ＰＧＥ＿２、６－ＰＧＦ＿（１α＿水平显著降低，而６－酮－ＰＧＦ＿（１α）显著升高，６－酮－ＰＧＦ＿（１α）／ＴＸＢ＿２之比升高。In order to investigate mechanism of Neiyi Ⅱ recipe in treatment of endometriosis,changes of plasma prostaglandin conctntrations were studied in women with endometriosis. Itwas found that levels of PGE2,PGF1α,TXB2,and 6-keto-PGF1α in plasma became significantlyhigher in patients with endometriosis than that in healthy women, while the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1α versus TXB2 was much lower in the patients. Plasma FGE2 and PGF1αcontents were sig- nificantly decreased,and plasma 6-keto-PGF1α level and the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1α/TXB2 were re- markably increased after the treatment with Neiyi Ⅱ.
