摘  要:以柴胡清肝汤500、1000、2000mg/kg一次口饲大鼠,在所试剂量范围内,均能显著抑制组织胺、五-羟色胺、前列腺素E_2诱发的毛细血管通透性增高,并对肉芽组织增生也有显著的抑制作用。提示柴胡清肝汤不仅对炎症早期的渗出,而且对炎症后期的肉芽组织增生均具功效,对免疫器官司的重量无明显影响。Peroral administration of 500、1000 or 2000 mg/kg of the decoction Chaihu Qing- gan Tang signnificantly inhibited the increment of capillary permeability induced by local injectionof histamine,5-HT or PEG2 on the rat skin and the granulomatous hyperplasia caued by cottonball implantation as well.These findings suggested that both exudation in the early stage andgranulomatous hyperplasia in the late stage of the inflammation were inhibited by the decoction. The efficiency of the decoction was weaker as compared with that of hydrocortisone(10mg/kg).No side-effect on the immune organs was observed.
