摘　　要：PT2262是一种广泛应用于遥控装置的,具有功耗低、抗干扰能力强的芯片。对该芯片的功能特点和工作原理进行了详细介绍,并在对该芯片做逆向集成电路设计提取时,对PT2262内部电路进行了详细的分析,通过仿真软件Max+PlusⅡ对其内部电路进行了仿真,给出了仿真分析结果。不但可以为电路设计提供了电路参考,而且也对掌握该芯片的工作原理和使用方法提供了很大的帮助。PT2262 is a kind of chip which is widely used for remote control devices with low power loss and strong antiinterference capability. The characteristics and principle are introduced by this article. The research and analysis of PT2262＇s internal circuit are done in the reversion integrated circuit design. The simulation results of this chip have been given out by using the simulation tools Max＋PlusⅡ. This not only could provide the electric circuit reference for the circuit designer, moreover also to provide great help for grasping this chip the principle of work and the application method of the chip.
