肿瘤标志物CA242与细胞因子TGF-β联合检测对胰腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤标志物CA242与细胞因子TGF-β联合检测对诊断胰腺癌的临床价值。方法选择天津医科大学总医院2004年12月至2005年9月胰腺癌患者30例,采用ELISA方法检测血清CA242水平,其中20例同时检测TGF-β水平。对照组为健康志愿者20名。结果30例胰腺癌患者中CA242高于正常值者20例,平均值(312±5)kU/L;对照组中2例高于正常值,平均值(56±2)kU/L,P<0.01。20例TGF-β检测结果高于正常值者16例,平均值(245.31±25.12)ng/L;对照组中1例稍高于正常值(112.31ng/L,P<0.01)。CA242检测胰腺癌的敏感性为66.7%,低于TGF-β的敏感性(80.0%),P<0.05;两者检测胰腺癌的特异性分别为90.0%和95.0%,P>0.05。结论CA242、TGF-β诊断胰腺癌的特异性均较高,TGF-β的敏感性高于CA242;两者联合检测可提高胰腺癌的诊断率。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CA242 combined with TGF - β to diagnose adenocarcinoma of pancreas. Methods Thirty patients were involved in this study, who were hospitalized from Dec. 2004 to Sept. 2005. ELISA was used both to investigate the expression of CA242 in 30 cases and TGF - β in 20 cases. Twenty healthy volunteers were as controls. Results CA242 was increased in adenocarcinoma of pancreas compared with controis [ （312 ±5） kU/L vs （56 ±2） kU/L, P〈0.01]. TGF- β was increased in adenocarcinoma of pancreas, too [ （245.31 ±25.12） ng/L vs 112. 31 ng/L, P 〈0.01 ]. The sensitivity of CA242 was 66. 7%, lower than TGF - β（ 80. 0% ）, P 〈 0.05. The specificity of each of them was 90.0% and 95.0%, P 〉 0. 05. Conclusion The specificity of each of CA242 and TGF - β to diagnose adenocarcinoma of pancreas is high. The sensitivity of TGF - β is higher than that of CA242. CA242 combined with TGF -β can increase the diagnosis rate of adenoearcinoma of pancreas.
