摘　　要：本文通过对数据库定义、特点及数据库的法律地位的论述、综观世界各国目前对数据库的法律保护,提出了我国目前数据库法律保护存在的问题及解决思路,以期起到抛砖引玉的作用,引起我国法学界对数据库法律保护的高度重视。By illustrating the definition, features and legal status of data base, together with the legal protec tion for data base in other countries at present, the author points out the existing problems of legal protection for da ta base in our country and how to solve them, so as to call for more attentions on it.
