安徽省消毒产品生产企业现状调查

摘　　要：为了解消毒产品生产企业执行《消毒产品生产企业卫生规范》的情况,收集和建立消毒产品生产企业信息数据库,为进一步规范消毒产品的监督管理提供依据。安徽省卫生厅卫生监督所于2005年5～8月对我省辖区内消毒产品生产企业执行《消毒产品生产企业卫生规范》的情况,以及企业的基本信息和日常生产管理等情况开展了一次调研。结果发现,目前多数消毒产品生产企业处于一种规模小,档次低、工艺流程简单的状况;虽然所有的企业均强制建立产品质量检验室,但绝大多数企业的检验室流于形式;企业领导不了解相关消毒法律法规,质量管理人员掌握卫生质量相关法规、规范、标准不够全面等问题。因此,要加强对《消毒产品生产企业卫生规范》等相关法律法规的宣传,加大对消毒产品生产企业监督管理的力度。To determine how well the factories producing disinfectants comply with the Hygienic Standard for Factories Producing Disinfectants, collect data and set up database for factories producing disinfectants in Anhui and provide evidences for further improving inspection and management of disinfectant products,Anhui Provincial Institute of Health Inspection conducted a survey among factories producing disinfectants during May to August in 2005. The results showed that most factories were small, with simple productive lines and low quality disinfectants. All factories had quality control lab, but most of the labs were not in function. Most managers did not know the laws and standards for disinfectant production. Most quality control staffs knew laws and standards but not in details. Therefore, the propagation of the Hygienic Standard for Factories Producing Disinfectants and other relevant documents should be strengthened and the inspection and management should be improved.
