摘 要:目的用高效液相色谱法(H PLC法)测定力康洗剂中硝酸益康唑含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05m ol/L磷酸二氢钾(82∶18),检测波长为235nm。结果硝酸益康唑浓度线性范围为4.0~45.0μg/m L(r=0.9999),日内、日间精密度的RSD<1%,平均回收率为99.85%,RSD为0.27%。结论H PLC法简单易行,快速准确,可用于该制剂的质量分析。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of eeonazole nitrate in Likangxiji. Methods C18 column was used Mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol/L dihydrogen phosphate solution(82 : 18),the detection wavelength was 235 rim. Results A linearity was abtained from 4. 0 - 45.0 p.g/mL with a good correlation ( r = 0. 999 9). RSD of within day and between days were less than 1%, the average recovery rate was 99. 85%, RSD was 0. 27%. Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of eeonazole nitrate is rapid, convenient and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the Likangxiji.
