摘  要:目的建立薄层扫描法测定黄芪颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法使用硅胶G薄层板,展开剂为氯仿-甲醇-水(13∶6∶2)10℃以下放置过夜的下层液,喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液显色,于105℃加热至斑点显色清晰,双波长锯齿扫描,检测波长为530nm,参比波长为700nm。结果取样量与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.72%,RSD=3.5%。结论该方法简便、快速、可靠,可用于检测黄芪颗粒成品质量。Objective To establish a TLC method for determination of astragalin in astragalus grain. Methods The silica gel G thin board was used. Developer was chloroform-methyl alcohol-water (13:6:2). The bottom layer liquid was placed to stay overnight in 10℃, spraying with 10% sulfuric-ethanol acid, at 105℃ heating to the spot to show a color clear. To scan with dual wavelength saw teeth. The detective wavelength was at 530 nm, the reference wavelength was at 700 nm. Results The linear relationship of astragalin curves was good. The average recovery rate was 98.72% with RSD = 3.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
