摘 要:目的:探讨如何从水华期采集的水样中有效地分离溶解蓝藻的细菌。方法:从富营养化池塘中采集表层水样,采集的水样分3等份,分别进行如下处理:①经0.8μm纤维滤膜过滤处理。②0.22μm纤维滤膜过滤,氯仿剧烈震荡处理5min。③103.42kPa、121.5℃条件下灭菌20min。将3种处理水样分别与液体培养供试蓝藻共培养,通过溶藻试验、富集培养和平板划线法筛选溶藻细菌。结果:筛选出7株能够抑制供试蓝藻生长或者溶解供试蓝藻的细菌。结论:本方法能有效地分离溶藻细菌,值得推广。Aim: To explore an efficient isolation method of algicidal bacteria. Methods:Surface water samples were collected from several eutrophic ponds, and water samples were divided into three parts: one aliquot of water samples were filtered through a 0. 8μm pore size nuclepore filter; the second aliquots were first filtered through a 0. 22μm pore size nuclepore filter, then treated violently by chloroform for 5 min; the last aliquots were autoclaved at 103.42 kPa and 121.5 ℃ for 20 min. With the three treated water samples, algicidal tests, enriched culture and streak plate method were conducted. Results: By the above technique, 7 strains of algicidal bacteria were obtained. Conclusion: This modified screening method is effeicient for isolation of algicidal bacteria and is worth popularizing.
