摘 要:利用粒子图像测速技术(PIV),对 Beckmann 重排反应器中混合器的错流射流混合过程进行了观测,获得了二维冷模装置内的流场分布信息;同时运用计算流体力学软件 FLUENT6.1模拟了三维混合器内快速射流混合过程,考察了挡板对三维混合器内流场的影响。研究结果表明,有挡板的混合器的出口浓度分布更为均匀,出口截面的未混合度σ低于0.005,远远小于临界值0.05。因此,混合腔内增置挡板对混合器的混合效果有明显改善。The process of cross jet mixing in a Beckmann rearrangement reactor was experimentally investigated by using particle image velocimetry (PIV), and the liquid flow information in a 2-dimensional cold model was obtained. The process of fast jet mixing in a 3-dimensional mixer was simulated by using a commercially available CFD package (FLUENT 6.1), and the effect of baffle on flow field in the mixer was studied. The results showed that the concentration distribution of the mainflow outlet in the mixer with baffle was more uniform than those of the mixer without baffle. The mixing uniformity a at the cross section of outlet in the jet mixer with baffle was under 0. 005 which was far lower than 0.05. Consequently, it is beneficial for the mixing effect by setting baffle in the mixer.
