摘 要:针对粗对苯二甲酸高温熟化过程的特点,开发了一套气液固三相熟化动力学实验技术,进行了熟化过程的动力学实验研究,对粗对苯二甲酸的熟化过程机理进行了剖析和数学描述。在此基础上,提出了粗对苯二甲酸的熟化动力学模型,并根据实验数据计算出了各动力学参数。揭示了粗对苯二甲酸的熟化规律,为 PTA 技术的工业技改和设计提供了依据。A novel experimental technique was developed to study the aging mechanism and kinetics of crude terephthalic acid (CTA) particles in acetic acid. Aging experiments were carried out by using the developed experimental technique in the temperature range from 160 ℃ to 220℃. Based on the experimental results the mechanism of Ostwald ripening was brought forward, and a kinetic model describing the time evolution of particle size distribution was developed based on the Ostwald type ripening. The model parameters were determined by data fitting, and the simulated results agreed well with the experiment results.
