摘　　要：本文从现阶段我国旅游资源产权制度的特点着手,首先分析了旅游资源与其可持续利用的内在要求间存在的差距,然后论述了构建我国现代旅游资源产权制度的对策,建立旅游资源可持续利用的产权体系。This article begins with property rights , property rights system and the characteristics of arrangements for tourism resources in our country . It analyses the gap between tourism resources and its sustainable development , then expounds the countermeasures to construct property rights system of tourism resources in our country by which we can sustain them.
