转基因抗虫棉品种间配合力及杂种优势研究

摘  要:选取8个转基因抗虫棉并分成2组,做4×4不完全双列杂交,进行转基因抗虫棉配合力分析和遗传力估算,探索其杂种优势表现。结果表明:配合力差异显著,中棉所41、德克98 2亲本的一般配合力较高;在产量性状上,山西Bt×苏抗22组合特殊配合力效应值最突出。子棉产量和皮棉产量主要由显性效应控制,衣分、比强度加性效应起主导作用,长度、整齐度、麦克隆值的组合间表现差异仅集中于第①组亲本,即山西Bts、GK321、德克98、GK19,伸长率受环境因子影响大,在遗传上以非加性效应为主。The between 8 transgenic cotton varieties divided into 2 groups were designed with 4x4 incomplete diallel crosses in order to analyze the combing ability and the heterosis. The results showed that there was significant difference in combining ability among all combinations. The general combining ability (GCA) of Zhongmian 41 and Deke 98 was highest among 8 varieties. It was found that Shanxi Bt× Sukang 22 was higher than other crosses in specific combing ability (SCA)of yield. Dominant effects played important roles in yield and additive effects predominated in llnt percentage and fibre strength. The significant difference of fiber length, uniformity of fiber length and micro-nalre were ascribed to the parent group. The fibre elongation was sensitive to environment. Analysis of yield and fibre quality indicated:the lint percentage, fibre strength,micro-naire,uniformity of fiber length, fiber length,lint yield and seed cotton yield were laid in a descending order according to narrow heritability.
