成年态柑橘茎段离体培养污染率控制方法的研究

摘　　要：通过对红肉脐橙成年态茎段进行离体培养,研究了不同条件对茎段培养污染率的影响。结果表明:在炎热干燥的夏季午后取长0.8cm左右半木质化茎段,用浓度为0.1%HgCl2消毒20min,间隔24h后再用浓度为2%NaClO处理15 min之后进行培养,污染率最低,可控制在10%以内。The experiment in mature citrus stem segment culture in vitro was carried out and contamination rate in different conditions was studied. The results indicated that： the half senescent segments of about 0.8cm which were token from the field at ：2 pm in sunny summer day as explants were best. The segments treated with 0.1% HgCl2 for 20 minutes, and 24 h later,：2 % N aClO for 15 minutes, could keep the contamination rate of the citrus stem segment culture below 10 %.
