摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定口康灵中醋酸氯己定和甲硝唑的含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax C_(18)柱(250 mm×4．6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸缓冲液(30:70),检测波长为263 nm,流速1．0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:醋酸氯己定和甲硝唑分别在12．59-75．54μg·ml^(-1)和25．10-150．60μg·ml^(-1)的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率和RSD分别为99．7％,1．44％;99．9％,1．29％。结论:本法简便、快速、结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the contents of chlorhexidine acetate and metronidazole in Koukangling solution. Method： A Zorbax C18 ODS（250 mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） radial compression column was used with a mobile phase of methol and phosphate buffer （30：70）. The detection wavelength was at 263 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result. The calibration curves of chlorbexidine acetate and metronidazole were linear separately within the concentration range of 12.59-75.54 μg· ml^-1 and 25.10-150.60 μg· ml^-1. The average recovery and RSD were 99.7%, 1.44% ;99.9%, 1.29%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple ,rapid and accurate,it can be used for quanlity control of this preparation.
