摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定杞菊片中蒙花苷的含量。方法:使用Alltima C_(18)柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm),以甲醇- 0．9％醋酸(42:58)为流动相,流速为0．8 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为326 nm。结果:蒙花苷在0．09μg-0．44μg范围内呈线性关系,r=O．999 9,平均回收率为97．1％,RSD为1．7％。结论:本方法简便,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC mothod for determination the content of buddleoside in Qiju tablets. Method： The Alhima ODS C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm）was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.9% acetic acid （42：58 ）, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 326 nm. Result： The cablibration curve was linear within a range of 0.09 μg-0.44 μg （r =0.999 9） ,the average recovery was 97.1% ,RSD = 1.7%. Conclusion： The method is simple and repeatable, and can be used for quality control of Qiju tablets.
