摘　　要：目的:考察头孢匹胺钠与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:按临床使用剂量,在250 ml的木糖醇注射液中加入2．0 g头孢匹胺钠,室温下(25℃)观察6 h内配伍液的外观、pH,并用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果:0-6 h内头孢匹胺钠与木糖醇注射液的配伍液外观、pH及含量基本保持不变。结论:头孢匹胺钠与木糖醇注射液配伍在室温条件下6 h内稳定。Objective. To study the stability of the mixture of cefpiramide sodium with xylitol injection. Method： Added 2.0 g cefpiramide sodium into 250 ml xylitol injection as clinical dosage, the mixture during 6 h at 25℃ was observed for its appearance,pH and content. Result： There was no evident alteration in appearance, pH and content during 6 h at room temperature. Conclusion： Cefpiramide sodium can be mixed with xylitol injection at 25℃ for 6 h.
