安神二号胶囊治疗抑郁症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察安神二号胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:将200例患者随机分为两组,实验组口服安神二号胶囊,4粒,tid,对照组口服帕罗西汀20-40 mg·d^(-1)。两组病例均于入院时、治疗0,2,4,6周时分别计算汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及焦虑量表(HAMA)总分及治疗后的减分率。结果:两组患者HAMD及HAMA,总分在治疗结束时均显著下降(P <0．01)。两组之间疗效无统计学差异(P>0．05);有效率安神二号胶囊组79．3％,帕罗西汀组为85．1％(P>0．05)。安神二号组不良反应发生率显著低于帕罗西汀组。结论:安神二号胶囊是安全有效的抗抑郁中药。Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of An Shen NO 2 in treatment of depression. Method： Two hundreds patients with depression were divided into two groups randomly. The tested group used An Shen NO2 4 capsules po, tid and the positive controlled group used paroxetine po, 20-40 mg qd. Both group calculated the HAMD and HAMA decreased rate at 0, 2, 4 and 6 weeks respectively. Result： At the end of therapy the total percent of that HAMD and HAMA in two groups were decreased obvioudy compared with before the treatment（ P 〈 0, 01 ）. There were no statistic difference in two groups （P 〉 0, 05 ）. The effective rate of An Shn NO 2 was 79.3% and that of paroxetine was 85.1% （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The ADRs rate of An Shan NO 2 group was lower than the paroxetine group obviously. Conclusion： An Shen NO 2 is a safe and effective antidepression traditional medicine.
