摘　　要：和平发展是中国的重大战略选择,通过对中国和平发展的国际环境分析,本文认为,和平与发展的时代主题、世界多极化与经济全球化趋势的不断发展、良性互动的大国关系和睦邻友好的周边环境等,为中国和平发展提供了有利的国际环境。同时,美国对中国的低认可度和低接受度、国际社会中的不稳定因素以及国际舆论的负面影响,也使中国和平发展面临着不利的国际环境。Peaceful rising is China＇s strategic choice for its development, after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of international environment on the process of China＇s peaceful rising, this thesis concludes that, the general situation of peace and development in today＇s world, the global multi - polarization and economic globalization, the positive interaction and relationship between powerful countries, which all make the favorable international environment to China＇s peaceful rising. Meanwhile, the low approbation and acceptance of United States, the unsteady factor of international society and negative influence of world opinion, which also make the disadvantages to China ＇s peaceful rising .
