山东省120所医院麻醉专业技术人员情况的调查分析

摘　　要：对山东省120所县及县以上医院调查表明,目前医院麻醉科机构设置不完善,仪器设备落后,麻醉专业技术人员学历层次低、业务水平差。因此建议提高麻醉科社会地位、落实组织结构、加大仪器设备改造及改变麻醉专业技术人员学历层次结构。The result of investigation on the state of Anesthetic speciality talent in 120 hospitals of county and over county demonstrated that the organizational and administrative system of hospital anesthesia was not perfect. The instrument and equipment was outdated, the schooling and degree was low and their technical level was below the standard. We suggest that the social status of anesthetic talent and the schooling and degree should be improved.
