大鱼际皮瓣游离移植修复指腹软组织缺损患者的护理

摘　　要：总结应用大鱼际皮瓣游离移植修复指腹软组织缺损患者的临床护理,探讨微型游离皮瓣的临床护理特点及注意事项。针对患者对手术方法普遍存在焦虑、恐惧和紧张的心理,进行了心理辅导,术前充足的准备,术后嘱患者禁烟、卧床休息,加强疼痛和输液护理,以及抗凝、抗血管痉挛和抗炎治疗的护理。对20例患者进行了针对性的围手术期护理,全部患者均很好地配合医生顺利地完成了手术,皮瓣全部成活。术后随访6￣12个月,手指外形及功能满意。The authors summarize in the paper their experience in caring 20 patients with soft tissue defect repaired by great thenar flap free grafting, probing into the clinical nursing characteristics. In their practice, they carried out mental instruction pertinent to preoperative anxiety, fear and nervousness, preoperation full preparation, postoperative smoking-quitting and rest in bed, enhanced care of pains and transfusion as well as care of anticoagulation, anti-angiospasm and antiinflammation, all which contributed greatly to the revival of all the grafted flaps. Postoperative follow-up for 6-12 months, the appearance and function of the fingers were satisfactory.
