摘　　要：笔者报道50例岩斜脑膜瘤患者手术前后的护理措施,认为术前做好心理护理;加强巡视病房,及时掌握患者的情况,清除导致外伤的危险因素,预防外伤的发生;密切观察患者呼吸、氧饱和度变化,掌握好气管插管时机及拔除时机;有效治疗、护理脑神经损伤所致的并发症,开展早期肢体功能锻炼,是促进患者早日康复的重要保证。The authors report their experience in caring 50 patients with petroclival meningionmas, arguing that performing good psychological nursing before operation, strengthening the ward visits, grasping the patient＇s conditions in time, ruling out risk factors causing trauma, preventing the occurrence of trauma, monitoring the change of breath and SpO2 closely, grasping the right time of inserting and removing tubes, treating complications caused by brain nerve injury effectively and performing function exercise of limbs in early stage were important for their soon recovery.
