摘　　要：中海石油化学有限公司化肥一部一段炉炉管于2005年9月发生爆管事故,简介爆管事故经过,阐述在没有备件的情况下通过采取堵管、降低工艺负荷、调节烧嘴热负荷、平稳操作等一系列有效的运行对策,确保装置平稳运行了3个月,坚持到新炉管到货进行大修。One of the catalyst tube in the Primary reformer of Fudao Chemical Fertilizer bursted in Sep, 2005. With brief introduction to the case, the article focuses on the measuers to ensure stable production of the plant without replacing the bursted tube for three months. In practice, such methods as plugging tube, decreasing process load, regulating heat load of burners and smooth operation were demonstrated to be successful, till the bursted reformer tube is replacced by a new one in plant overhaul.
