摘　　要：以历年典型超温事故为实例,对德士古气化炉炉壁超温现象及其原因进行全面总结和分析,从设备管理、工艺操作优化及技术改造等方面提出解决问题的对策。This paper reviews and analyzes the phenomenon of Texaco gasifier wall overheating and the masons, taking typical overheating failures in the past years as examples, and proposes countermeasures from the aspects of equipment supervision, process operation and technical revamp, etc.
