摘  要:采用自由基接枝聚合反应制备了丙烯酸改性的聚偏氟乙烯膜,研究了单体浓度对接枝率的影响,测定了改性后样品的红外光谱、表面接触角、水通量、蛋白吸附等.结果表明,通过自由基接枝聚合,丙烯酸接枝到膜的表面,明显提高膜的亲水性.接枝后膜的水通量也非常明显下降,特别是在高丙烯酸浓度下.改性的膜的通量对溶液的pH值有明确的响应关系,表明接枝链在水中的溶胀对膜的性能有显著的影响.蛋白吸附实验表明,改性后的膜相比未改性膜有较高的吸附量,而且在酸性情况下,膜的吸附量较大,这主要与丙烯酸和蛋白质之间的相互作用有关.Microporous PVDF membrane was modified by acrylic acid using free radical grafting polymerization. The influence of monomer concentration on the grafting degree of membrane was studied. IR - ATR, contact angle (CA), water flux, AFM and protein adsorption were used to characterize the modified PVDF membrane. The results showed that acrylic acid was successfully grafted onto the membrane surface, and the hydrophilicity of membrane was improved, while the water flux through the modified membranes decreased greatly, especially at the high AA concentration. Moreover, the grafted PVDF membranes showed the strong response to the pH value of solution, which means that the swelling behavior of grafted PAA chains had great influence on the permeation property of modified PVDF membrane. Protein adsorption measurement showed the grafted membranes had a higher adsorption value than the unmodified membrane. The grafted membrane had a higher protein adsorption amount at low pH value, which probably due to the interaction between the grafted PAA chain and protein.
