电容法水分测定仪测量结果的不确定度评定

摘　　要：以小麦为样本,对使用电容法水分测定仪测定其水分的测量结果标准不确定度进行了系统的分析和评定,并编写了相应的计算程序,对测量结果不确定度评定中的建模、分量计算、合成标准不确定度的评定和计算方面作了有益的尝试。本分析对相关测量不确定度的评定方法和数据处理的运算提供了参考。The standard uncertainty of the measurement result,which is obtained from the sample of wheat by water proporation instrument in capacitor way,is analysed systematically and evaluated in detail. And the computer programs are also made up correspondingly.This paper does beneficial attempt on the modeling in the assess of the uncertainty of the measurement,the calculation of the weight,the assess and the calculation in the complex standard uncertainty.The paper has also owned some guidance sense to the methods of evaluation on the related measurement of uncertainty and the computer calculation of processing data.
