摘  要:以奥灵达夏橙为试材,设不同时期进行果实套双层纸袋处理,果实成熟采收后调查绿斑病发生情况和进行品质分析。结果表明,套袋能有效控制果实绿斑病的发生,可提高果实亮度、黄色度和红色度,明显改善果实的外观品质,但单果重有轻微减少;套袋果的可溶性固形物、总糖和可滴定酸含量较对照有所降低,套袋越早,降低越多;套袋各处理果实的维生素C含量均比对照有所增加。综合分析表明,夏橙在9月至10月套双层纸袋对控制果实绿斑病、改善果实品质较好。The developing fruits of Valencia orange were bagged on different dates and the incidence of green spot on them was recorded and their quality was analyzed after maturation. The results showed that bagging decrease the occurrence of green spot and increased the lightness, yellowness and redness of the fruits, thus improving their outside quality. Bagging slightly decreased fruit weight. Total soluble solids, total sugars and titratable acids of the bagged fruits were reduced as compared with the non-bagged control, the extent of reduction being greater in earlier bagging treatments. Vitamin C contents in all bagging treatments was higher that that of the control. It is recommended that fruit bagging be practiced in September to October.
