摘　　要：将智能客户端技术用于水情自动测报系统的改造升级实践中,阐述了智能客户端在水情自动测报系统中的应用和以数据为中心的智能客户端的实现方式。The application based on Smart Client Technique is a new kind of application supported by .Net Framework.The application of smart client in automatic hydrological forecasting system was introduced in this paper.And the realization of the smart client centered about the data was brought up. All of these based on an instance about improving automatic hydrological forecasting system.
