摘　　要：通过对HK-715F数控铣床主轴伺服报警的修理,全面分析了故障产生的原因,系统介绍了检修的具体步骤以及分析问题的方法、解决手段和需要注意的事项。This paper completely analyses the reasons of faults by maintaining the Spindle DC Servo Driver System of the CNC milling machine HK -715, and entirely introduces the detailed process of maintenance, the methods of analyzing the problems, the measures for solving the problems and items should be noticed in using and maintaining the machine.
