摘 要:研究了片状无烟煤的颗粒特性,观察和实测了燃烧该无烟煤的循环流化床锅炉的运行表现,即由于颗粒的片状形貌导致的运行压力和风速的周期性变化以及由此造成的飞灰含碳量的周期性变化。针对片状颗粒特点,利用煤粉锅炉的卫燃带技术调整锅炉热力责任,建立了飞灰含碳量与炉膛出口之间的关系,有效地降低了片状颗粒的飞灰含碳量。The piece form anthracite grain character was researched. Operation condition of circulation boiler for combustion anthracite was measured. Due to piece form grain character that Leads to the periodicity Change of operation pressure and wind speed, therefore Leads to the periodicity change of flying ash carbon possession quantity. In accordance with piece form grain character, utilizing defend combustion zone technology of coal powder boiler regulates the boiler's heat quantity. Relationship between flying ash carbon possession quantity and outlet of furnace hearth was established. Thus flying ash carbon possession quantity of piece form grain was effectirely reduced.
