摘  要:目的探讨脂麻花醇提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法脂麻花醇提取物(4.0、2.0、1.0 g/kg)灌胃给药连续11 d,环磷酰胺(Cy)75 mg/kg腹腔注射诱导免疫功能低下小鼠模型,观察对小鼠免疫器官重量、血清溶血素水平、单核吞噬细胞系统吞噬功能的影响。结果脂麻花醇提取物可显著提高Cy所致免疫功能低下模型小鼠血清溶血素水平,明显增强小鼠的碳粒廓清率和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数,拮抗Cy所致的小鼠免疫器官重量减轻。结论脂麻花醇提取物能明显改善环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下模型小鼠的免疫功能。Objective To study the effects of flower ethanol extract of Sesamum indicum L. (FEES) on immune function in immune-suppressed mice. Methods The different doses of FEES (4.0, 2.0, 1.0 g/kg) were given to Kunming mice for 11 days, i. g, continuously. The immune-suppressed mice were induced by cyclophosphamide (Cy) i. p at the dose of 75 mg/kg once at the 5th day and 9th day. The weight of immune organs, the serum hemolysin level, the clearance rate of carbon power and the phagocytosis index of mononuclear macrophages were measured. Results Compared with Cy model group, FEES could obviously increase the values of serum hemolysin, enhance carbon clearance index and phagocytosis index, and suppress Cyclophosphamide-induced decrement of spleen index and thymus index. Conclusion The flower extract of Sesamum indicum L. could significantly improve the immune function in immune-suppressed mice.
